چکیده
Abstract The absorption, distribution, and transport trends of organic inorganic arsenic (As) in honesuckle ( Lonicera japonica ) were studied using synchrotron X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (μ-XRF). root, stem, leaf samples analyzed by μ-XRF, proving that the presence dimethyl arsenate acid, a small amount As accumulated local areas epidermis cortex roots, while most migrated to upper plant through middle vascular column. After reaching was mainly distributed outer skin, indicating root stem L. blocked plant. In As( iii ), A large reducing its further from roots. Once entered it achieved strong capacity, thus causing severe harm plants. element correlation analysis revealed had strongest with Cu Zn elements, for future research on influence pollution plants, interference based above two elements can be considered.

Arsenic extraction and speciation in plants: Method comparison and development.
We compared four methods to extract arsenic (As) from three different plants containing different As levels for As speciation with the goal of developing a more efficient method, i.e., As-hyperaccumulator Pteris vittata at 459-7714mgkg(-1), rice seedling at 53.4-574mgkg(-1), and tobacco leaf at 0.32-0.35mgkg(-1). The four methods included heating with dilute HNO3, and sonication with phosphate ...

Contamination of the environment resulting from anthropogenic activities such as mining, smelting and agriculture is of great public and political concern. As such, a greater understanding of the mobility, bioavailability and long-term fate of the materials resulting from these activities is needed in order to make more accurate decisions when devising remediation and legislative strategies. To...
متن کاملDistribution and chemical speciation of arsenic in ancient human hair using synchrotron radiation.
Pre-Columbian populations that inhabited the Tarapacá mid river valley in the Atacama Desert in Chile during the Middle Horizon and Late Intermediate Period (AD 500-1450) show patterns of chronic poisoning due to exposure to geogenic arsenic. Exposure of these people to arsenic was assessed using synchrotron-based elemental X-ray fluorescence mapping, X-ray absorption spectroscopy, X-ray diffra...
متن کاملa study on rate making and required reserves determination in reinsurance market: a simulation
reinsurance is widely recognized as an important instrument in the capital management of an insurance company as well as its risk management tool. this thesis is intended to determine premium rates for different types of reinsurance policies. also, given the fact that the reinsurance coverage of every company depends upon its reserves, so different types of reserves and the method of their calc...
Arsenic speciation and distribution in an arsenic hyperaccumulating plant.
Arsenic-contaminated soil is one of the major arsenic sources for drinking water. Phytoremediation, an emerging, plant-based technology for the removal of toxic contaminants from soil and water, has been receiving renewed attention. Although a number of plants have been identified as hyperaccumulators for the phytoextraction of a variety of metals, and some have been used in field applications,...
